HISTORIC MOORESVILLE
HOLIDAY TRADITIONS WALKING TOURS
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14

Historic Mooresville invites you to join a guided walking tour through town showcasing Mooresville’s holiday traditions, past and present. The tour is an hour-long, involves less than 1 mile of walking, and will include Mooresville’s historic public buildings and multiple private residences.
During the tours, guests will be taken “behind the picket fences” to experience the holiday traditions of several of our Mooresville residents.
Guides will meet ticket holders at the Stagecoach Tavern and tours will begin promptly at the designated tour time.
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before designated time. First tour will begin at 12:00 pm and continue each half-hour.
Historic Mooresville businesses will open from 12:00 – 4:00 pm for exclusive Holiday shopping. Guests are encouraged to shop before and/or after their tours.

As featured in the November/December 2012 issue of SOUTHERN LADY magazine (and in the December 2009 SOUTHERN LIVING magazine), Historic Mooresville puts on its holiday finery every December to celebrate the season. Bright fresh greenery and red bows decorate our street signs, Della Robbia wreaths with colorful fresh fruit and natural materials hang on the doors of our historic public buildings, and our homes are decorated in the tradition of Christmas past.
Proceeds support the preservation of Historic Mooresville.
