All commercial photographers wishing to shoot on Town of Mooresville property must purchase both a Commercial Photography Permit and a Business 
Privilege License. The Commercial Photography Permit can be purchased for a period of one day, three-months or six-months. The Business Privilege License is valid for the current business license year.
You are required to bring the PayPal confirmation of your business license and photography permit purchase to any shoot on Town of Mooresville property. Expect to be asked to present your confirmation as proof of purchase.

If purchasing a “One Day Permit,” you must enter the date in the appropriate field below. If the field is left blank, the permit is void.
Remember to also purchase a Business License if you have not already done so for the current year.
Once you complete the information below, select “Add to Cart” and you will be directed to PayPal’s website. If you have not purchased your Business Privilege License for the year, select “Continue Shopping” to be directed back to this page where you can add the Business License to your cart to purchase both the Permit and Business License in one transaction.
Download form here and mail to: Mooresville License and Permit Department, P.O. Box 42, Mooresville, AL 35649. You will only need to purchase one business license per year. Pay for business license by clicking “Add to Cart” below.
